Every great embroidery project starts with proper preparation. At Mountain State Quilting, we take care to ensure your embroidery design is ready for accurate, professional stitching.

Our Embroidery Setup Fee covers the preparation needed before embroidery begins. This may include reviewing the embroidery design, preparing the machine, selecting appropriate thread colors, positioning the design, and setting up the materials for stitching.

Proper setup helps ensure consistent placement, quality stitching, and a beautiful finished result.

Please Note:

• This fee covers embroidery setup and preparation.
• Custom artwork creation or digitizing may require a separate Embroidery Artwork Fee.
• Embroidery stitching, garments, and materials are charged separately unless otherwise specified.
• Additional setup may be required for different designs, placements, or materials.
